Once you have ordered we will then send you an email with all of the information detailed below...

Once you've placed your order, we will send you a parcel with instructions and a return label.
Send the parcel with your loved one's ashes back to us.
If you wish to drop your ashes directly to us. Feel free to let us know and drop into our store to hand us your loved one's ashes personally.

Leave the rest to us...

- We will email you as soon as your parcel has arrived to us.
- Our Master Jeweller will then carefully place the ashes inside your Pendant and seal it closed
- We will send another parcel to you containing your jewellery. We will send you the tracking number so you can follow its journey back you.
- Any ashes which are remaining will be sent back to you with your beautiful Pendant.
