Inspiration & Design Consultation
Your bespoke journey begins with a relaxed consultation in our store. Here, we’ll chat through your ideas, inspirations and the occasion behind your piece. Whether you have a clear design in mind or just a few ideas, our expert team will help you explore styles, metals, and settings that suit you best. With our years of experience and design library at hand, we’ll bring your ideas to life with sketches or computer-aided design (CAD) visuals.
Choosing your Diamonds & Gemstones
One of the most exciting parts of the process is selecting your gemstones. We’ll present you with a carefully curated selection of diamonds and coloured gems, all chosen for their exceptional quality and beauty.
When it comes to diamonds, we’ll guide you through the famous 4 Cs. Cut, colour, clarity, and carat, so you can make a confident, informed choice. Whether you prefer the timeless elegance of a round brilliant diamond, the vintage charm of an emerald cut, or the soft romance of a cushion shape, we’ll help you find the perfect stone that fits both your design and budget.
If you’re drawn to coloured gemstones, our gemmologists can source sapphires, rubies, emeralds and a range of other rare and beautiful stones. Each gem has its own story, character and sparkle, and choosing one that resonates with you makes your piece even more personal.
Finalising the Design
Once we’ve refined the design and selected your stones, we’ll confirm every detail, from metal type and setting style to any engravings or finishing touches. At this stage, we’ll provide a clear quote and take a deposit before the crafting begins.

Your design is then bought to life with precision and care. Using traditional techniques alongside modern craftsmanship, every piece is made to the highest standard in our workshop.
